Our sourdough conchas are a naturally leavened twist on a beloved Mexican classic. Made with our long-fermented sourdough starter, these conchas are soft, fluffy, and gently sweet, with a tender crumb that’s easy to love. Each one is finished with a traditional crackled sugar topping that adds just the right touch of sweetness without overpowering the bread. The slow sourdough fermentation adds depth of flavor and makes these conchas lighter and easier to enjoy — perfect alongside coffee, café de olla, or hot chocolate. Available in vanilla, strawberry, chocolate, and matcha. Baked fresh in small batches with simple ingredients and lots of care.
